Selected work

Programs that made it into the field.

A short set of engagements. The point is what changed — coverage, cost, plant, or a company that could actually deliver — not a list of titles.

Satellite on the vehicle, first U.S. installs

Led a tiger team from first discussion to first U.S. customer installs of a first-in-market satellite-on-vehicle AG solution. Nine months. $1.6M actual against a $2.0M target.

A connectivity program that made it to the field on a fixed budget and a short clock — not a prototype that stayed on the bench.

Global connectivity portfolio

OEM · carriers

Carrier deals that changed the coverage map

Negotiated with three global carriers on a live OEM connectivity portfolio: 30% cost reduction, 8× acreage coverage, and 3× baseline airtime and data capacity.

The commercial layer of the network caught up with what the machines actually needed in the field.

CNH Industrial

Program leadership

An $8M connectivity portfolio, run as operations

Owned the annual connectivity budget covering operations, R&D, automated test fixtures, training, and carrier partnerships. Directed a hybrid Agile/Waterfall team of program managers across development, plant integration, and adoption, with a 98% risk-mitigation clear rate.

Plant, product, and carrier work on one ledger — instead of three teams hoping they lined up.

Rajant Corporation

Industrial mesh

Kinetic mesh, oil and gas, and a support division that did not exist yet

Opened oil-and-gas paths with accounts and partners including Exxon, Schlumberger, Bechtel, Border States Electric, and 3D-P. Built Rajant’s first Customer Services & Support division — professional services, coverage, and root-cause work — and published on kinetic mesh for remote and offshore operations.

The product could be specified into a finished customer solution, and there was a group that would stand behind it after the sale.

Zeecon Wireless / Saanco

Municipal · utility

A WISP turned around, and a fiber integrator for cities off the Telco map

Took Zeecon from a $256K annual cash loss to $225K profit in 24 months, retired $185K of long-term debt in nine, and kept the company debt-free through sale. Founded Saanco as a fiber integrator for cities and businesses outside the incumbent footprint, structuring public-private funding with cities, EDCs, schools, and hospital districts.

Public-sector demand from cities, schools, hospitals, police, fire/rescue, EOCs, and banks — with retention above 90% after the first reorganization.

From hardware SKUs to specified solutions

Reorganized production and sales. First-year result: 50% revenue growth and 220% profit growth on an operating-budget increase under 11%. Moved the company from hardware-only into field review and wireless design so products could be specified into finished customer networks.

Fewer internal SKUs, modular customer-facing ones, and sub-component manufacturing shifted from 20% in-house to 90% through process work and acquisitions.
