Led a tiger team from first discussion to first U.S. customer installs of a first-in-market satellite-on-vehicle AG solution. Nine months. $1.6M actual against a $2.0M target.

Carrier deals that changed the coverage map
Negotiated with three global carriers on a live OEM connectivity portfolio: 30% cost reduction, 8× acreage coverage, and 3× baseline airtime and data capacity.
CNH Industrial
An $8M connectivity portfolio, run as operations
Owned the annual connectivity budget covering operations, R&D, automated test fixtures, training, and carrier partnerships. Directed a hybrid Agile/Waterfall team of program managers across development, plant integration, and adoption, with a 98% risk-mitigation clear rate.
