Parker’s Choice Consulting is the independent practice of Joshua L. Parker. The work is networks — fiber, wireless, hybrid — and the programs that take them from requirements through field install.

Twenty-five years across carrier operations, industrial wireless vendors, a Hill Country WISP and fiber integrator, and global OEM connectivity programs. The through-line is the same: take a network from what the site needs to what actually gets installed, then make sure it stays up.
Recent full-time work was leading connectivity operations and the precision solutions connectivity portfolio at CNH Industrial — annual budgets in the $6–8M range, carrier partnerships, plant integration, and a first-to-field satellite-on-vehicle program. Before that: operations at MP Antenna; customer services, product, and oil-and-gas development at Rajant; the oil-and-gas vertical at Firetide; and SBC / AT&T Advanced Solutions in Austin.
The practice itself dates to 2008, running alongside those roles when contracts allowed, and as the primary focus since leaving CNH. Independent advisory, program leadership, and field design — for municipal, utility, public-sector, and industrial operators.

Project-based design and delivery, fractional program leadership, or a retainer. Scope is set against the actual plant, the carriers, and the calendar — not a packaged product.
